We ask for your patience and understanding as we are trying to accommodate each guest.
To protect our guests and our team, once you arrive at your appointment, we will ask you to fill out and sign a WAIVER FORM in order to receive salon services.
APPOINTMENTS At this time, only guests with scheduled appointments will be permitted into the salon. We apologize, but you’ll not be allowed to bring children or other people to your appointment, except for caretakers, or pets, except for service animals.
We may need to shift your appointment time by 15-20 minutes to optimize safety in the salon. Please check your appointment time in the confirmation email or text.
NOT FEELING WELL If you have a fever, chills, muscle pain, sore throat, loss of taste or smell, or have been exposed to someone with the symptoms mentioned above in the past 14 days, we ask you to cancel or reschedule your appointment with us.
TEMPERATURE CHECKS Upon entering the salon, we will need to check your temperature. If your temperature is 100.4°F we will kindly ask you to reschedule your services.
FACE COVERINGS All guests will be required to wear a mask during the entire time while in the salon. It will need the ability to fasten behind the ears. Please know that color and/or hair products may stain your mask during your service.
PERSONAL BELONGINGS We will appreciate it if you can bring the least amount of personal belongings into your appointment. If possible, please leave your coat and bags at home or in your car.
SALON ARRIVAL Please, arrive at your appointment on time. For the safety of our clients and our staff, our waiting area will not be available at this time. Once you arrive, please wait outside until we invite you in.
HYGIENE Upon entering the salon, we ask you to wash your hands or use the hand sanitizer.
All beverages, snacks, and magazines will be removed from our salon at this time.
CONTACT-FREE CHECKOUTS Contact-free checkouts are available upon your request. Please provide your card (payment) information to our receptionist at the beginning of your service.
CANCELATION AND NO-SHOW POLICY We kindly ask that you give us a minimum 24-hour notice to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Clients who do not show up for their appointment will be charged 50% of service price. We will call you to collect your payment.
The policies above will be required of all guests in the salon and no exceptions will be made. We want to do everything possible to keep all of you and our staff protected. Thank you in advance for your understanding and your patience!

IMPORTANT SALON SAFETY INFORMATION
We are thrilled to be back and do what we love the most!
We are excited to create perfect looks and deliver an amazing experience for our guests while providing the safest, most efficient environment possible for clients and our team.
Prior to entering the salon, all employees will have their temperature checked and will be screened to ensure no symptoms of COVID-19.
We will be sanitizing and disinfecting all equipment after each client to make sure we are as safe as possible. We will also be following strict new CDC guidelines and protocols and regularly disinfect and sanitize all high touch areas and surfaces in compliance with health and safety requirements from the City of Chicago and the State Cosmetology Board.
Our team will be required to wear a mask and wash hands, as always, frequently, and before and after every service.
Bentley Hair & Beauty will be taking guests by appointment only. No walk-ins.
We will ensure that all areas you will be using during the appointment, allow for 6 ft. social distancing.
A hand sanitizer will be available throughout the salon to use for clients and the staff.
